Dj Night with Paul Chambers

Raised in Belgium and shaped by its electronic music culture, Paul got hooked as a teenager. From early influences at home to deep crate digging in Antwerp’s record stores where he discovered a wide spectrum of electronic music, his eclectic style is wholly his own. DIY club nights, his own releases on Erol Alkan's Phantasy label and DJ Hell's Gigolo Records, and years of touring followed. He played iconic clubs like Tresor in Berlin, Razzmatazz in Barcelona and Womb in Tokyo, festival stages at Bestival and HARD in Los Angeles, and spent years on the road with Soulwax. Along the way he remixed artists like Boys Noise, Mr. Oizo and Etienne de Crécy, and his music found its way into DJ sets and clubs around the world.

Then life moved on, as it does. A few years ago he ended up in East Clare, put down roots, and made good friends. And most of them have no idea about any of the above. But music has a habit of finding him again. And this time he's happy to let it, and to share a piece of his past with the people who've only known him as a friend.
