On Saturday
Body Beats is an energetic and interactive workshop where people discover how rhythm lives inside their own bodies. Using clapping, stomping, vocal sounds, and simple movements, participants will explore how to create music together without instruments. Through playful rhythm games and guided exercises, they will learn how to listen, respond, and build rhythms as a group.
The session invites participants to experiment with sound, movement, and imagination, turning the space into a living rhythm playground. Participants will co-create short rhythmic patterns, explore movement inspired by different cultural rhythms, and experience the joy of making music together.
On Sunday Rhythm of Expression
A workshop that invites participants to explore how rhythm and movement can unlock new possibilities for self-expression. Guided by the energy and richness of samba, the experience encourages a deeper connection with the body, supporting participants to discover more creative, embodied, and authentic ways of communicating through movement. Through rhythm, presence, and exploration, the workshop creates space to build confidence, body awareness, and freedom of expression in a supportive and energising environment.
