FLIGHT
Mountshannon Arts Festival 2026
30th Anniversary Edition
In 2026, Mountshannon opens its wings. From 28 May to 1 June, the village becomes once again a place of music, literature, performance, stories, visual art, and happy celebration as Mountshannon Arts Festival marks thirty years of creativity with its anniversary programme, FLIGHT. Across five days, the village fills with colour and movement for all generations, for all members of the community - and for guests and visitors from all corners of Ireland and beyond.
FLIGHT is shaped by possibility. It speaks of imagination, connection, and the shared impulse to rise and explore, with the voices of local people woven into a programme that invites you to wander, reflect, and discover.
Join us on the shores of Lough Derg for a festival that continues to grow from its roots, carried every year by its community and its visitors.
Full programme announced in early 2026.
